The team made the stay feel welcoming. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and ready to help, which more than made up for the basic facilities. Getting around was easy too, with the beach, main pedestrian streets, casino, and several shops all very close by. It was a good stay and a highly recommended choice for the service and location.

I had a good time and didn't run into any problems, but the small things still got to me. They charged to fill a thermos with hot water, and there was a musty smell when I visited. The rooms are decent, though. It used to be really cheap a year ago and worth the trip; now the price is just so-so. I was annoyed that they raised rates for this year's winter vacation. In the end I didn't stay there, and not many people went to Mar del Plata during the winter holidays. It felt like a typical tourist trap.

The location is good and the service was good, but I wouldn't stay again. Room 119 was very old and musty, and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. There's no bathtub or proper shower setup, so after showering you have to mop the floor with a hairdryer. For a two-star hotel, I expected better.

The staff were wonderful, 10/10, and the area is good too. We only stayed one night, needing somewhere to sleep that allowed pets, and it worked fine for that. A few things around the place could use improvement.
