My burn hotel !

The one bright spot was the staff. They were all kind and helpful, doing what they could, and the air conditioner made a soothing rain-like sound 🤣. Beyond that, the experience was a disaster, and I would never return. We reached the hotel at 7:55 am, left our bags aside while rooms were cleaned after checkout, and waited until 12:30 pm to get ours. The lobby was packed with more than 50 people and a mountain of luggage. Once inside, the room had no natural light at all, so you couldn't tell the time of day or the weather. Its tiny 1x1 meter window faced a dark courtyard full of pigeons. The beds were terrible, and the only electrical outlets were in the bathroom. The bidet leaked beneath its base. Breakfast on the 8th floor was so crowded that staff said there were more people than cups, and we had to wait for a used cup to be washed before getting coffee. People were bumping into women arguing over toast. I skipped breakfast during the last few days. The elevator only fit two people and was always in use. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, and if you only use the room to sleep and shower, it isn't very practical.

The rooms had no ventilation, and there was just one outlet in the whole room, in the bathroom. The shower started with strong pressure for about two seconds, then dwindled to a trickle. Water came out scalding hot even when set to hot or cold for washing your face, hands, or brushing your teeth. Breakfast was disappointing: not enough cups or spoons, tiny toast, no cheese, juice from a packet, and rotten fruit. Both my bathroom and my family's were leaking. Staff came to inspect after several complaints, but the leaks continued. We asked for a broom or mop to clean the room and they wouldn't provide one, since they only change the sheets when cleaning. The location seems to be the only reason the hotel is still in business. It's lacking in every way, and I wouldn't return or recommend it.
