Hotel Urca

The breakfast and atmosphere were a lovely part of our New Year's stay. There was coffee, coffee with milk, juice and water, delicious croissants, superb homemade pudding, and toast with butter, jam, or dulce de leche. The room was fantastic, and the fan was more than enough for us. Towels and toiletries were provided, and although our window faced the street, the noise was no more than usual. Antonio and the reception staff were very friendly. We loved staying here, and the location is excellent. Highly recommended.

After a long day, it was so nice to have a clean, comfortable room and a bathroom with warm water and good pressure. I was in town for my husband's surgery, and being near the 25 de Mayo clinic was convenient. The whole hotel was spotless, from the rooms to the living room and dining room. Everyone was attentive from the day I booked until we left, including the cleaning staff. I could order food and choose to eat in the dining room or my room, which made things easy. Breakfast had all the basics and more: coffee, milk, tea, juice, water, yogurt, cereal, croissants, toast with jam, butter and dulce de leche, plus pudding. It was all very tasty. We had a wonderful stay and felt like family. Everyone was kind. I told Antonio we'd be back, he's a genius. If you want to feel at home, go here. We definitely will return.

It was better than we expected for the length of our stay, and felt like good value for the money. Everyone we met gave excellent service. There was a small mix-up, I suppose, about payment. We were given one payment method when booking and told something different at the hotel, but it was explained and resolved.

Right in the city center, with a great price and lovely rooms that were clean and ready to enjoy. The staff were excellent, especially Antonio. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.
