Getting downtown or to the beach took only about 4-8 minutes on foot. Our room was huge, and the service was amazing. Breakfast came with the stay and had a wonderful selection. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it.

The pool and restaurant spaces are nice, and the staff were friendly. We also had a sea view and the location was good. The rooms, though, haven't been renovated. Compared with the rest of the hotel, they seem frozen in time and not well cared for, which wasn't what I'd expect from a 5 star hotel.

The only good part for me was breakfast, which was very nice. The service was awful: there was no Wi-Fi all night, and when we told reception, nothing was done. Our room wasn't even made when we arrived; they fixed the bed after we'd already settled in. For the price, that was horrible. We came with a 17-year-old minor, but they assumed she was a baby without checking with us, changed our room, and charged us extra to move. There was only one TV in the bar, and we couldn't watch a game because people argued over which soccer teams to put on. In the rooms, we had to pay extra for basic services that should've been included. I wouldn't recommend it at all. I really didn't expect this from the Sheraton Hotel.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and spoke both English and Spanish. It's a good hotel for the price. I'd have liked more sockets in the room, and in more useful spots. Thanks.

The building has a beautiful design and sits in a great location. The rooms were clean, though they're old. There aren't many plugs, and the few there are sit at floor level, so charging devices isn't easy.
