I showed up without a reservation, and the guy at reception was friendly. The price seemed a bit high for this kind of hotel, though it was very high season and availability was limited. My room, 114, had no air conditioning, but at least there was a fan. It needs maintenance: the toilet seat needed adjusting or replacing, and the shower handle came off while I was showering and hurt my foot. The pressure was good, but the showerhead couldn't be adjusted, so water sprayed in the wrong direction all over the bathroom. The room cleaners need to do a better job too. The floor felt sticky, almost oily or greasy, so I couldn't walk barefoot and wore my sandals. Breakfast was a mess around 9:30 AM, with nowhere to sit and not much on offer beyond pastries and coffee, so I went somewhere else. I wouldn't return unless I had no choice.

I slept really well here, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was plentiful, with staff checking often that everything was topped up. Everyone was friendly and attentive. It felt welcoming, and I'd happily recommend it.

The shower was so tiny it was hard to get into and use. The room itself was small, though that felt fair for the price. On the plus side, the staff were consistently helpful with whatever we needed, and the hotel is in a great spot, just a block from the waterfront.

After leaving my Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 in the room, I couldn't get anyone to respond quickly, despite calling many times without an answer. When someone finally picked up, they said they had checked the room, cleaning, cameras, and lock, but hadn't found anything. It was really distressing. I felt there was no real help or solution, and the whole thing left me with a terrible experience as a guest. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

The service and facilities were good, and the location was very convenient. Still, it was too noisy for a relaxing stay: the hotel faces a very busy avenue, and the cleaning staff made a lot of noise early in the morning. I wouldn't come back.
