The only good thing was the location. The hotel was totally disgusting and far too expensive, about three times the price it should be. Everything needs renovation, and the sheets were dirty. The worst part of our room was a fake window looking out onto the hallway. I don't know what purpose it serves; it only lets in more noise. Maybe it's there to fool guests, since few people would agree to book a dark box with no window.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty to choose from, and the hotel is in a great spot, two blocks from the beach and near everything. We arrived late with no reservation and were looked after very well. For a two-star place at this price, the small drawbacks are understandable. Our room was compact but had what we needed: air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms, hot shower water, regular cleaning, and spotless towels and sheets. My one suggestion is to leave a floor mop in the bathroom. It gets messy after a shower, and I would have cleaned it up myself each time. Some guests may not care about the mess, but I do. We'll definitely come back. Thanks for the service.

Federico deserves a special mention for being responsible, kind, and professional throughout my stay. The rest of the team and the staff on other shifts were just as good. Service was warm and excellent, the room had everything I needed to be comfortable, and breakfast was just right. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The area is quiet and well lit, and everything is close by. Avenida Colón is just a block away, and the beach is an easy five-minute walk. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are fully equipped, and breakfast is included and spectacular. It’s a really pleasant place, with lovely people. I highly recommend it and hope to be back soon. Thanks for being so kind!
