Gustavo was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions before we arrived, at check-in, and during the stay. We were ten friends renting the Justina and Natalia cabins, and both the forest and the cabins were beautiful. Highly recommended for a quiet, relaxing getaway.
We came here to get away from it all, and the resort in the middle of the forest was spectacular for that. The cabins are really nice and clean. Gustavo, the host, is friendly and always attentive. We'll be back!
We've stayed at the cabin complex twice now and loved it both times, always in the Justina cabin. This year we brought our pet along, and we were all delighted. Hope to return soon ❤️

The park is lovely and the pool is very good. It's a complex with cabins in several sizes and styles. We had the smallest one, though, and it felt cramped and uncomfortable for our family of four, two adults and two small children. I think it would suit a couple, or perhaps one teenager, better. The kitchen could use a little more storage, like a chest of drawers or small cupboard. Gustavo was excellent, friendly and easy to reach, and he kept an eye on the pool's cleanliness and checked that everything on the property was in order. Unfortunately, we arrived the day after the severe storm, so the power kept going out intermittently. The outages were caused by the storm, just bad luck.
