Cabañas Las Olivas

Paula gave us a really warm welcome, and the cabin was excellent, well equipped, and full of quality things. It’s a bit far from the center, but that gave us the quiet we wanted. Ideal for a family trip. We’ll definitely return.

The service was really friendly, and we had a great time relaxing there. My only reasons for taking off a star are the jacuzzi, which is hard to fill because there isn't enough hot water, and the lack of air conditioning. We went in October, though I imagine January is hotter. Both are minor issues.

The place is peaceful and nicely decorated, but it feels expensive when breakfast isn't included. One cabin is lovely; the other badly needs maintenance. They fixed the stove when it wouldn't light, but the bidet was broken, and we ran out of toilet paper. It didn't seem like there was any cleaning service, so it felt like you rent a cabin and handle everything yourself. A lot depends on personal taste, I guess.

We came with family in March 2021 and had a really bad time. The access was muddy, and a neighboring house had very loud music going when we arrived. We also had to wait for Paula, who was meant to hand over the key, to finish what she was doing. The first thing she asked us for was money, and we barely had a chance to get settled. Go if you want a terrible vacation. Good luck.
