The location is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are complete. But the rooms aren’t well insulated, so you hear everything around you. They should rethink whether keeping the original windows is worth it, especially with a kindergarten next door. The shouting and music are unbearable. The water pump starts so often, and the air conditioners are all above the ceiling in the La Perla room, making the noise quite intense. Breakfast was very poor. They were missing things I’d seen mentioned in other reviews, including cereal and fruit. I saw today that they now offer an outside option, which is a shame since I paid almost 25% more for my stay than the current rate. One night, a guest woke the whole hotel by banging and ringing the bell, since there’s no 24-hour reception. I understand there’s no security, but I felt a little unsafe when the building was empty of guests after the staff left. Room cleaning needs work too, including sweeping up the sand that comes in every day and cleaning the shower, especially the screen. Towel changes are awkward because you have to ask and you hardly ever see anyone around. I left a towel in the shower, as is common in hotels, but they hung it back up even though it was dirty. It was okay overall, but there are several things to improve, especially for a place that isn’t among the cheapest.

The breakfast, comfort, and cleanliness were all impeccable, and the location was ideal. We spent a few days there in February and ended up loving it. Guillermo was such a kind, friendly host, and Naty was welcoming, helpful, and available from the minute we arrived. They were both always smiling. We’d definitely come back, and I recommend the place completely.

We came across the hotel on Google Maps. The photos caught my eye and the reviews persuaded us to book, but being there was even better. The whole place is beautiful, and our room was lovely, spotless, and had a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a good shower, and a minibar. The shared kitchen was a real bonus for warming water for mate or getting something to eat. Guillermo and Natalia were incredibly kind. We had a great stay and plan to return.

The hotel is spotless and has a lovely, peaceful feel, with only a few rooms. I stayed two nights with my daughter and we had a wonderful time. It’s well located and the service was excellent. There’s no garage, but it was easy to leave the car in the driveway near the hotel or park on the street.
