After driving 1000km, we found the apartment dirty, with sand on the mattresses and a grimy bathroom. They moved us to the place next door, which was a little better, but the bathroom and fridge there were dirty too. We asked for someone to clean, but they couldn't come until the following day, so we decided to leave. They returned what we'd paid, but kept the reservation and cleaning fees. A disaster. It's a shame, because the apartments themselves are nice and in a good location.

We were there for 3 days, and the location was easily the best part. The apartment sleeps 6 but has just one fan. There's no elevator, and after climbing 3 flights of stairs, I didn't want to go up for a barbecue and then have to come back down if I needed the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom had no ventilation, and the shower spray was tiny. The closet smelled musty and had no shelves, so clothes ended up disorganized. The indoor pool closes strictly at 6 pm. I'd bring your own towels, since renting them isn't worth it. The price doesn't line up with what you get.

We had a really nice time on our first trip to Mar del Plata. The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The service was friendly and attentive too. If we get the chance, we'll definitely come back.

The service was good, and the heated pool was nice, though a little small. I found the pricing confusing: they call them apartments but charge per person, parking costs extra, and so do sheets and towels. The bathroom was cramped, uncomfortable, and poorly laid out. Apart from those details, it was acceptable.
