The location in central Mendoza is the one good thing about this hotel. The rooms weren’t good, and the service was mediocre. It looked much better in the pictures than it did in real life. I don’t recommend it.

The location is nice, close to nightlife, and the pool and its basic surrounding area were okay. But the hotel was filthy: dirt on the room floors and stained carpets in the hallways. It has a cheap, budget-hotel look, with low-cost decor and poorly maintained services like the air conditioning. Breakfast was cheap too, just the usual bread, fruit, yogurt, ham, coffee, and juice. Nothing came from the kitchen except pre-scrambled eggs in a warming dish that wasn’t heated properly. I stayed nine nights for business. Never again.
The elevators were broken every day of our stay at this older hotel. They also wouldn’t let us leave until inspecting the room, then hit us with bogus charges. The bathrooms felt like prisons, with metal sinks and toilets. We moved to an Airbnb after the first night.
The lobby and exterior look lovely, though the rooms feel a bit like a prison. At least the room was clean and comfortable.
I come to Mendoza once a year and always choose this hotel. There's an outdoor pool and a great gym, and both Plaza San Martín and Aristides street are easy to walk to if you want a run or a stroll. There's also the story about one of Argentina's biggest artists jumping from the ninth-floor rooftop here years ago and still being alive today.
