The location is excellent for tourists, and it's easy to explore Mendoza on foot. We stayed between Christmas and New Year for quite a while and had a good experience overall, though the room type made a big difference. Our superior double room and suite were comfortable and had a street view. Later, we moved to standard rooms, which had no view, tiny bathrooms, and a closed-up, musty smell. I'd strongly suggest booking a superior room. Those rooms also give you access to the spa hot tub and sauna, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was good, but you have to ask the waiter for everything instead of serving yourself. That may sound nice, but it can feel awkward when you can't choose freely. If you don't speak Spanish, asking for things first thing in the morning can be inconvenient, especially when you don't know the words. I'd change that setup. There's no hotel parking. They recommend the gas station lot across the street, which cost 16,000 pesos a day as of January 2026. The staff were very attentive, especially the women. The restaurant was good, although renovation work meant many menu items weren't available while we were there. I highly recommend the hotel, with the caveat that a higher-level room makes a significant difference.

I booked this place for my parents a week before their arrival. The day after I made the booking, my mum fractured her leg and couldn't fly. I contacted the hotel right away to cancel, but they refused. A doctor's report and pictures didn't help. I don't think this kind of behavior is acceptable.

My family and I had an AMAZING four-day stay. Everyone at the hotel was lovely and helpful, from the front desk and spa to the restaurant and maintenance staff. We had a toddler with us, and they made some accommodations for him in the room and for his meals at the hotel restaurant. The facilities were very clean, and everything looked neat after the hotel was recently renovated. The location is great too, with everything nearby.

I’d stayed here once before, but this visit put me off coming back. The elevator stopped working twice in a week, and even having a glass of wine in the room wasn’t allowed. They charged for the water in the room, which felt pretty stingy, and wouldn’t provide a cup for tea because they said kitchen cutlery couldn’t be taken upstairs. One night a friend was with me, and staff stopped us at the door to ask whether they’d stay over. We didn’t know yet, so I said yes just in case. They checked my friend’s ID and charged about u$s50 in tax because they were local. The sheets didn’t fit the bed, and the duvet had no cover. I’d avoid this place.

I stayed for one night with my two sons, and I’d consider this hotel again for a Mendoza City Centre visit. The rooms are a decent size, clean and cared for, with good beds and bedding. I’d worried that our room faced the street, but the area was quiet, with no bus route, major through traffic or noisy bars. Everything was close enough to reach safely on foot, and the front desk staff were attentive and helpful.
