Such good value for the money. The location has bars, restaurants, a plaza, and shopping nearby, and the place was comfortable. Everything was excellent, definitely recommend it.

We were four and had a great stay in apartment 1. It was clean when we arrived, with linens and towels, and felt comfortable apart from the small shower area. There's a garage with a sturdy gate, very secure, though the fee is separate. We agreed on that beforehand and had no issues. In my view, the space suits a small or medium-sized car. The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen-dining area, refrigerator, microwave, smart TV, heating, and other basics. We used the stovetop to heat water rather than cook, and food delivery came to the apartment without any trouble. The owner is friendly and helps when needed. It's a quiet neighborhood without nightlife in walking distance, around 7 kilometers from Mendoza city, with two shopping malls nearby. One is about 1 kilometer away. There are several apartments, and ours was upstairs, so anyone with limited mobility should ask for a ground-floor unit.

Eduardo even let us check in early, and his service was outstanding. The apartment was in perfect condition, in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. I'd absolutely stay again, 100% recommended!

Eduardo was fantastic and helped us with everything, including showing us around. My partner and I felt right at home in this cozy place. The area is very quiet, and we'd definitely come back.
