Apartamento Peatonal Colonial

We got an older room on the first floor, though apparently there are newer rooms in better condition. It’s acceptable for a short stay and very affordable. The person we contacted was friendly, kept in touch, and answered our questions. There’s a nice pool, which we didn’t have time to use, and parking for anyone traveling by car. The best part is the very central location, close to the important places for eating, shopping, and walking.

The hosts provided excellent service. The place could use some maintenance, but it’s fine for the price and location, with what you need to relax and explore the city. The pool is very clean, and a man comes by every day to tidy the yard.

The location is the only good thing about this place, and I really don’t recommend it. The apartment is poorly equipped, with old utensils and blankets that look like rags and have holes. To use the beds in the dining room, you have to move the table, leaving no space. There’s no comfort at all. The only decent lock is the lock. I wouldn’t go back.

The pool is spectacular, and it's only half a block from the pedestrian street. But the rest of the stay was awful. The building and rooms felt old and smelled that way, too. The wardrobe was broken, the living room bed frame was broken, and the bunk bed was wobbly. There was just one air conditioner in the living room, with only a fan in the bedroom, so sleeping in the heat was impossible. I wouldn't recommend it.
