Paradise Departamentos

Rafael greeted us and was fantastic, so kind and helpful, and even suggested places to visit. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the green area was lovely, and the pool was great. We felt very comfortable here and highly recommend it. A truly excellent experience!

I’d happily come back. I booked three days, and the value for money was incredible. The location is very good, near markets, bars, and places of interest. Romina was especially attentive, as was a guy on the evening shift whose name I can’t remember.

Everything we needed was nearby, and the place was clean and welcoming, with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent. Thank you so much, Rafael and Romi, for being so kind! 🩷

We stayed with my son on 05/May/2025. The internet was fine, but the water wasn’t even usable to wash our faces on checkout day. There was annoying noise from construction on the property, and the basic cleaning was poor or nonexistent. The windows looked frosted, but it was really years’ worth of dirt. They were missing amenities they said were included, with no toilet paper at all. The sheets were torn and roughly sewn back together, and the bedspreads smelled dirty, as if they hadn’t been through a washing machine in a long time. It was far too expensive for what they offer, honestly pretty mediocre. They charged me more than the amount they’d said I needed to pay to reserve in advance, without explaining why, even though the reservation had been fully cancelled. I wasn’t expecting a five-star stay, but basic things were missing. I personally don’t recommend this place.
