The apartment is basic but comfortable, with what you need. Natalia gave us excellent service, always paying attention to our needs, and was a very pleasant person. The location is outstanding.

The street can be noisy, and the curtains let in the sunlight. Also, the shower's hot water was quite weak, which is worth knowing if you're there in winter. Still, the room was lovely and had a fully equipped kitchen. The location is unbeatable, with everything easy to reach. We arrived late on our first visit and found the key easily thanks to the convenient entry system.

We had a very bad experience. We booked with Natalia Berrini, but on the day we arrived she told us the apartment had been oversold and she couldn't host us. She offered no alternative or solution, and we were left without a place to stay at the last minute. Very irresponsible and unprofessional.
