The older woman who seemed to own the place, and who appears in the photos, was very kind and considerate. I feel bad for her, and hope she takes a hard look at her staff. Customers shouldn't be scolded like children, especially when a staff member is so drunk she can barely stand. The young woman who greeted us was appalling. She seemed clearly drunk, called down from a second-floor window in an annoyed tone, "Oh, you're the ones from Chile," and left us waiting outside for a long time without saying what was going on. Once she opened the door, she kept scolding us about the time and why we weren't replying quickly. We realized how extremely drunk she was and decided to leave. As she tried to show us the room and open the exit, she fell and nearly hit her head. My relative hadn't managed to catch her on the stairs. It was a bizarre experience, and we felt uncomfortable, as if our arrival was bothering everyone even though we'd paid for the service. The facilities only vaguely matched the photos, and everything was quite dirty and in poor condition.

Mercedes was friendly, and the central location is excellent. The room and service are fine for the price. It's a very homey place, enough for a night's sleep, with the option to go out for recreational activities during the day. If you're after luxury or comfort, avoid it, and don't come with high expectations.

I really recommend this peaceful, clean, and comfortable place, which is in a perfect location. Mercedes and Chacho are wonderful, kind, and attentive people. Chacho makes delicious warm toast for breakfast whenever you ask, and their dog Melchi adds to the family feel. I'll definitely stay with them again when I return to Mendoza.

It's a few minutes' walk from Mendoza's main attractions, and I'd definitely choose this place again. The homey atmosphere made it feel perfect for our stay. Thank you, Mercedes, for the excellent service.
