We ended up here on Christmas Eve after our bus to Santiago didn't show, and they were a lifesaver. Our plans changed suddenly, so we had to find a place to rest quickly; luckily, they let us check in a bit late. The price for what you get is great, and the rooms are pretty big, with lots of beds and working showers and amenities. Don't expect luxury or comfortable beds at this price. The staff were alright, not people who fill the silence with unnecessary comments. It's a solid, convenient hotel in Mendoza, somewhere in the middle rather than the best or worst. Keep your expectations realistic and you'll have a nice stay.

Dirty, noisy, and ugly, all at once. I can't decide which was worse, the cockroaches or the smell. Worst hotel ever.

The disinfectant smell was unbearable, and I barely slept. I was in room 2, where the bathroom door kept swinging open and shut by itself and the shower curtain fell down more than once. Next door, a man coughed through the night. With my asthma, I felt I would have died without my inhaler. By eight, the hallway was noisy and staff were talking loudly with the people already up for coffee. A nightmare. Never again.
