When you’re exhausted, it’s easy to miss the details and take whatever room is available. But paying exorbitant prices for a room with cockroaches, broken windows right beside a child’s bed, and a long list of other infrastructure problems is a disaster. From what I’ve read, these issues have been around for over six years, and they have no intention of fixing anything. This place is dangerous ☣️☣️☣️☣️

Our family of five had a good stay for a good price, and the place is very close to the center. It’s not for anyone picky, though. It could use more cleaning and fresh paint in the rooms, plus repairs to the ceiling and the flexible shower, which wasn’t mounted on the wall.

The apartments themselves are nice, but there’s no room cleaning during the stay. Our sheets were torn and dirty, and the cable TV had interference. They said parking was included in the $1200/night, then charged me another $200/night for it. There are several things they need to improve.

It was so expensive for what they offered that I left a day earlier than planned. The place was very dirty and smelled strongly of dirt and cigarettes. There was no laundry service, they didn’t provide towels or bath towels, and the room wasn’t cleaned. There wasn’t even a kettle to heat water, or concierge service if you needed anything. The pillows felt like two sheets of tracing paper. I asked about parking, which I had to pay for because it wasn’t included, but they never responded. They didn’t even give me a mop to dry the bathroom. I’m sharing this in the hope it helps other travelers and encourages the place to improve. I don’t recommend it.
