I was there for five nights with a group, and I'm genuinely moved by how smoothly and warmly the whole stay went. They were happy to handle special requests, always with a smile. Being able to store our luggage and get laundry done made arranging our sports programme much easier. The hotel's location is very good, too. Absolutely excellent, and highly recommended.

The staff made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to keep me comfortable. The beds are comfortable, and the rooftop views at breakfast and dinner are outstanding. It's close to lots of good restaurants, too. This is my favourite place to stay in Mendoza, and I highly recommend it.

The people working here are really friendly and kind, and that's the good part. The amenities are awful, everything feels dated, and you need actual keys for both the rooms and the safe. Breakfast means lining up to ask for machine or filtered coffee, then telling them what you want to eat, and the choices are pretty limited. Cleanliness isn't a strong point either.

Breakfast had plenty of options, and the coffee was plentiful, fresh, and hot. The room and facilities were clean, and the no smoking policy was enforced well, so everything smelled good. The staff were kind and helpful.

The location is very good, near most restaurants and bars, but this isn't a quiet neighborhood. Although the hotel looks new from outside, it feels very old inside, with gated elevators and old paint on the walls. The bathrooms don't have a complete box. The air conditioner is new but very noisy.
