Casa Huesped

We wanted to leave after the first day because of the terrible service and the owner's rudeness, but she charged us for the whole stay, saying that was what we had booked. The agreed terms hadn’t been met. We’d reserved an apartment, then were moved to rooms, and the promised crib was occupied when we arrived. Our cars had to stay outside because the open patio only fits two. Breakfast was tea and stale, burnt croissants. The treatment was very poor, and other guests were unhappy and leaving too. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

The apartment was dirty. We swept up a lot of grime soon after arriving, and there was grease above the extractor hood. The owner, Mrs. Ines, was rude and treated us badly. She mistook me for someone else as soon as we arrived, and the poor treatment started from there. She also disregards prices and charges whatever she wants, and the place doesn’t follow COVID protocols. I stayed there three years ago and dealt with her husband, when the service was different. It’s shameful, especially when someone makes a living from tourism. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Breakfast is no longer included. The place itself is cozy, and the owner was very friendly. My room was small but comfortable, though it could have been cleaner. I hope the owners can find cleaning staff to help.

The owner was awful, we were charged too much, and for no reason she moved us to a different room every day. The place was terribly unclean. It was a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
