Julio is a great host and will help with recommendations. The bedroom was comfortable, and the simple kitchen was fine for making our own meals. The bathroom is shared, but we had no issues with it. There’s also a shared TV room, a work desk, and a small inner terrace. It’s about a 40-minute walk to the centre and 15 minutes on foot to the train station for Maipu, for wine and bike rides. Buses pass frequently too. A supermarket, cafe, barbershop, and sushi place are only a few minutes away.

The whole neighborhood felt safe, with nice villas, and it’s just a short walk to the amazing Park San Martin. The rooms were clean and the kitchen well equipped. There’s a sweet, helpful neighbour too.

Julio was a friendly, very helpful host, and the stay was excellent. The rooms were pleasant and air-conditioned, with comfortable beds, and the place was very clean. There’s a kitchen, the park is nearby, and so is a large supermarket. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the tram-like train that goes straight to Maipu for vineyard visits. Good value for money, and I highly recommend it.

We only planned to stay for two nights, but ended up spending eight 😁. Julio was flexible and made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and pleasant, the beds really comfortable, and his recommendations for enjoying Mendoza were great. A super stay!

Julio paid close attention to my comfort and gave me lots of tips for visiting Mendoza. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were clean. It’s a little far from the centre, though San Martin Park is a 20-minute walk away. Excellent stay, highly recommended!
