The common areas were nice, the staff were amazing, and the location was unreal for going out and getting around town. Too bad the rest was so rancid. The bathrooms and kitchen were horrid. None of the bathroom doors locked, the shower wouldn’t drain, and everything was rusty. Nothing in the kitchen worked. The beds weren’t comfortable, and the pillows often didn’t have pillowcases. This hostel was disgusting.

We wanted a refund by the time we left. I’ve stayed in dozens of hostels, and this was easily the worst. A couple of the staff were OK, and the horse riding tour was brilliant, but the rest was a mess. Our room flooded and damaged our things and other guests’ belongings, and the staff didn’t apologize or help. There was no breakfast, the pool was murky and made fart sounds, and nothing in the kitchen worked. The Wi-Fi was out, the bathrooms stank and were always wet, and there was lots of noise at night. The staff didn’t know much about the tours they were supposed to sell or how to get around the city. Do not stay here.

The garden is nice, and the location is right in the center. But the bathrooms are really bad. The 12-person room has no windows, just one bathroom and four outlets.
