The complex is in rough shape: the duplexes are old, stained, poorly maintained, and felt unsafe, with no security bars. The price is far too high for the condition and service. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but the owner didn't hand over the units until 6 PM. We had exchanged messages the day before, and he even threatened to refund me if I didn't arrive. I'd paid a deposit more than a month ahead and had organized my trip around the listing and official website, so I only asked for access at the stated 3 PM time. He wanted to cancel the reservation over that and was arrogant and unprofessional. I'd booked unit number 5 for its view and the parking space beside it, but when giving me the keys he said he was assigning unit 4 instead. I pointed out that I'd paid for number 5; he said they were all the same. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The patio and grill were a nice bonus, and Emiliano was quick to reply throughout the easy check-in. We stopped here for one night on the way, and the apartment was very comfortable, with everything we needed, even for a longer stay. There was air conditioning in one room, but the whole place stayed cool. They'd also left coffee, sugar, tea, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It's a little far from the city center, though that didn't matter for our trip.

It's close to everything you need, and the place was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. They were also really helpful whenever we had questions. Highly recommended, fantastic! 💪🏼

We were only passing through, and the modern place was very nice, with parking. The owner was helpful. I'd add a TV in the bedroom and a hairdryer. I also don't understand the price difference: Booking.com showed a much lower rate, and the loft website I'd checked before arrival listed something similar. We paid over 70,000 pesos, so they should keep the price in line with what they advertise.
