We meant to stay just a few nights and ended up here for 12, already planning to come back. Mariana and Mike were welcoming and helpful from the start, and soon felt like friends. They shared lots of local tips and helped with whatever we needed. The hostel feels like home, the beds are super comfy, it’s clean and well located, and we met some great people. The dogs stole my heart too. I’d always recommend it to friends. Thanks to all the staff, nos vemos!

The garden and BBQ were perfect, and we could have stayed here forever. Mike and Mariana made it a lovely place to rest and had tips for everything in town. We arrived by bicycle and were met with a great atmosphere and the nicest dogs we’ve ever met 🐕🐶. A great hostel in beautiful Mendoza.

Maxi the manager is friendly. The hostel is close to the bus terminal, and restaurants are walkable too. There’s no sign outside because it has no operating licence. The place has seen better days, with a dark, run down room and lots of mosquitoes around the property. Breakfast is basic.

The place didn’t match the photos, and there was no pool. It was really warm and there were lots of mosquitoes. While we were there, a bottle of wine went missing from the fridge.

The owner was friendly, the price was cheap, and the kitchen was clean. But no one speaks English, and the bathrooms were very dirty. They weren’t cleaned once during our four days. The garden could be much nicer to use, as there’s no furniture to relax on. I don’t think this is the hostel described in Lonely Planet, maybe the owner changed.
