The place itself is nice, which makes it a shame that the service was so bad. The breakfast and food were bad too, and the staff seemed completely incompetent. I wouldn't recommend it.

The owner and staff are wonderful. They were available to us around the clock, and the service was 100/10. It's a lovely place to share with friends or family, or even to visit on your own. There's lodging and parking, plus a nice spot to eat and have breakfast, with very reasonable prices. Group 14 from AyH Turismo was very satisfied. I'd choose them again if I return ❤️

Even one star feels too generous. The rooms smelled musty, the heating didn't work properly, and the shower flooded. The sheets were dirty too. It didn't seem like they changed them, cleaned, or freshened the room before new guests arrived. The food was awful. At lunch, the starter was soup with a slice of bread in the middle. The main course was overcooked, tasteless rice like a paste, and meat that seemed to have been boiled for hours without salt. Such a waste of food. Breakfast wasn't any better. The coffee tasted stale, the worst I've ever had, and the hard, stale toast was inedible even with jam. The hotel's distance from the city center is the least of my concerns. I wouldn't recommend staying here even for one night. Other people who were there at the same time agreed with all of this too. If a tour company books you here, ask to be moved to a better room. If they can't do that, have them clean and prepare the room first. Don't eat there, buy food or go somewhere else.

The thermal pool and sauna weren't open, which was disappointing. The rooms were tiny, with a wardrobe barely big enough for two jackets. The mattresses were just ten centimeters of low-density foam, and the bathroom was extremely cramped with no amenities at all. The place had looked much better than it turned out to be.
