Hotel Los Cerros Suites

We were actually at Hotel Géminis, right beside Los Cerros, though I couldn’t find it on the map. We were told both hotels have the same owners, but this review is for Hotel Géminis. The staff’s kindness and friendliness stood out most. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the hot water worked without a problem, which was much appreciated in winter. The place itself is very nice and comfortable. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, but that was a small issue. Breakfast was tasty, though a little meager: each person got one toast, one croissant, and one roll. Juice and milk were included at no extra cost. Parking could be improved. It isn’t their own lot, but there’s a free one on the same block. If it’s full, there’s nowhere to leave the car, and parking in that area is difficult. Also, late at night the lot is locked, so you have to ask someone at the hotel to come let you in, which we didn’t have time to do. Still, it’s an affordable and comfortable place.

We were treated exceptionally well. It’s a very comfortable place to sleep.

The price is low, but the service was poor and the staff weren’t friendly at all. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Old and dirty, it feels like a hoax. I wouldn’t go there with family, or even take a cat.
