2/10
The rooms were in poor shape, with old mattresses, no towel rails or toilet paper holders in the bathroom, and loose wires in both the bedroom and living room. The TV cable signal was awful too. There’s no gas, just fan heaters and a split system, and it looked like renovation work had started but wasn’t finished. I stayed during winter vacation, and what the contract described was nothing like the reality. I filed a complaint and heard nothing back from anyone in the chain. It felt like a scam.

The apartment style rooms are really spacious and comfortable, and there’s plenty of parking. Service was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was very fast. I’d recommend EXCLUSIVE HOTEL if you’re visiting Mendoza.

The Wi-Fi was a mess, working only now and then.
