The apartment was filthy, and the whole stay was awful. The bathroom was disgusting, the fridge smelled like vomit, and we couldn't use the microwave. On top of that, the doorbell kept coming loose, and when my girlfriend and I arrived for the weekend, we were told the building had electrical issues and the elevator wasn't working. It's shameful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The reception staff were helpful, but there was a lot wrong with the room. The bed was broken, the toilet chain didn't work, and the shower was much too small. The cleaning lady wasn't there.

We had a good time at Uvas, but our stay at Redentor wasn't a good experience. It lacked cleanliness, along with other problems we brought up with management. I can't recommend it.

The location was excellent, and the place itself was roomy and comfortable. The bed was good, the balcony felt cozy, and the barbecue area and pool were great.
