It felt comfortable enough to call home, and the loft had everything we needed. The decor was lovely, the shower was great, and parking was available. Really good location too. ❤️

Alejandra was a huge help sorting out our flights, and the staff were really friendly. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I’d definitely come back.

The wines were great, and the service was excellent. Very nice room too.

The apartment itself is beautiful, with a nice kitchen, a good sized bed that worked especially well for someone tall like me, and a location near lots of restaurants. The air conditioning and communication were the problem. It was 100f in Mendoza when we arrived. The person who met us switched on the AC, so we went out expecting the room to cool down. When we got back a few hours later, it was even hotter. I messaged the manager and was told to cool off in the rooftop jacuzzi. An hour later I complained again and got no reply, though somehow the AC suddenly started working. It eventually cooled down and I stopped sweating. I gave two stars because I was ignored after that second complaint. I wasn’t asking for much. When I’m paying $90 for a nice place instead of a dinky hostel, I expect better communication when there’s a problem. There are lots of amenities, but I wouldn’t stay again. Don’t count on them being helpful with a valid complaint.
