Mod Hotels Mendoza

The rooms are a good size, modern, and well equipped, but what really stood out was how warm and efficient the staff were and how well they looked after me. I've stayed in few hotels as good as this one. I'll definitely come back on my next trip to Mendoza, hopefully soon.

Friendly staff and a basic breakfast. The hotel is near the Mendoza bus terminal, with handy public transport and reasonable prices. I'd give it 3.5 stars. A couple of things could be better: the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and there's no phone in the room. You can contact reception on WhatsApp, though. The front desk doesn't always understand English.

The bathroom smell was awful, and the room was hot. The air conditioning isn't controlled separately in each room, so you can't set your own temperature. I don't get the high ratings: the hotel is old and doesn't seem to have had any money put into updates. Don't stay here, there are better options around.

I visited from the USA and found the location very convenient. My two-queen room was comfortable and had a fridge, microwave, safe, and a very clean bathroom with a hairdryer. Toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The included continental breakfast had plenty to choose from: pastries, several kinds of bread, butter, jam, coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, dairy meats, and scrambled eggs. The staff were friendly and ready to help. There's also a beautiful outdoor pool, though it was closed for the season, and underground garage parking is available for an extra fee. Wonderful hotel, highly recommend it.
