The location is handy, within walking distance of everything, with a big supermarket just a few blocks away. Some staff were helpful and service minded. I stayed in a "suit executive". It was very large, but its best days seem to be behind it: there were broken lights and a hole in the sofa. It was still a good room, though the size was the only executive part. The kitchen had a stove, but nothing to cook with apart from wine glasses and plates. Facing the road, traffic is close, so expect some noise.

It may depend on which room you get, but the rooms at the front aren't fit for purpose. Noise from the restaurant across the street was so loud it felt like a rock concert, and the windows did nothing to block it. When I complained, the hotel said there were no other rooms and asked what I expected in the city center. We went out for dinner, hoping it would quiet down later. It got worse. After trying unsuccessfully to sleep, I went back to reception, asked for a refund, and said I was checking out because I couldn't stay. Suddenly they had a room at the back. It's not a bad hotel if you get one of those, but I wouldn't risk booking it.

The location was impeccable, close to downtown and an easy walk to the main streets. There was free parking too, which made the stay even better. Our room was spacious, with a small living room, dining area, and desk, and the A/C worked perfectly. The kitchenette, bathroom, and sheets were all very clean. The shower was great, with water at just the right temperature. Breakfast had plenty of good options, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A very pleasant stay.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning daily, including the dishes. I liked having a fridge and stovetop so I could make coffee when I woke up. The third floor room also had a balcony or patio, which was a nice outdoor spot overlooking the street traffic. It's a good value for an extended stay, as long as you expect a 3-star hotel. There were some maintenance issues: the gym equipment wasn't really usable for weight lifting, breakfast was convenient but nothing special, and the bidet leaked throughout my stay, leaving the bathroom floor wet. The pillows were too small and flat.
