The hotel is right in the middle of Mendoza, and the service was very kind and attentive throughout our stay. They almost didn't want to handle my laundry, and suggested a place around the corner because they thought it would be cheaper. I ended up washing more than 12 items, or 5 kg of clothes, for about $12, which didn't seem too expensive. The rooms felt old, and the beds were a bit noisy, though everything was very clean. Watch the door locks, since the doors can be left open if you don't check carefully. I'd recommend the hotel for its central location, cleanliness, and service.

The parking and location were great, and breakfast was okay, though nothing special. The coffee tasted awful. My single room was like a shoebox, on a corner with traffic going by all day and night, and I couldn't sleep either night. The staff were very efficient, with some friendlier than others. If you stay, try asking for a room away from the road and you may enjoy it. I got the noisiest spot in the hotel, so I can only give it two stars.

We had a great four nights here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi, and there's a nice pool. Restaurants are within walking distance. The staff were very polite and helped with anything we asked for.

The value for the price is great, though the facilities could use a little work. The location is excellent, right in the center. The employees were genuinely lovely to deal with. Rodrigo even returned my friend's wallet after finding it in the hallway, which felt worth mentioning, since that's not common in Argentina. The rooms were just okay, with decent beds but poor pillows. The bathrooms were fine, though the showers lacked pressure. Breakfast was okay too, and having fruit is essential for me. This probably should have been a 4.5 star review.
