The manager was really friendly, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Breakfast ran from 8:30-10:30, with toast, spreads, tea, and coffee; the bread was amazing. The hostel felt old and run down, though. The pool furniture, table tennis, and table football were all in poor condition, and our room was very old and not especially clean, with dust and dirt. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The kitchen was equipped, but we had to find someone with a lighter to use the cooker. It’s in a peaceful area about a 40-minute walk from central Mendoza, or you can take the bus.

It’s in a lovely part of Mendoza, though a little out of the way. The kitchen is well stocked, and toast and fruit are provided for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and made us feel so welcome.

Being able to make a relaxed lunch in the well-equipped kitchen felt just like home, and the location made it easy to get around on foot. We were welcomed so warmly when we arrived that we immediately felt at home. Our room was clean and comfortable. A pleasant, stress-free stay, and I’d recommend it.
