Getting around the city was easy from here, and the building felt modern, quiet, and secure. At Hotel Premium Tower Suites, my room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with what I needed for an easy stay. Staff were professional and efficient. I'd gladly come back, and recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, dependable place.

Norman at reception was especially thoughtful. When we told him we were in town for eye surgery, he brought us extra blackout curtains to help with recovery. He also let us check out a few hours later since our flight wasn't until seven hours later in the day. The room was really nice, though the bedroom doors didn't shut all the way and there were a few loose bits of wood on the floor. All in all, a great experience, thanks particularly to Norman and his attention to detail.

The location is good, but the facilities were awful. I don't know how this place got four stars. The towels were torn and looked like floor rags. The rusty shower turned cold after a minute and wouldn't get hot again for over an hour. On the first night, the air conditioning was so dirty I had to take an allergy pill.

We came for the rooftop terrace and enjoyed everything we ordered, from the drinks to the tapas. The view is pretty good, and the prices are very reasonable.

How can they call this a four-star hotel? The towels were dirty, the TV didn't work, and the worst part was that the water was only hot. I had to shower in scalding water…
