Andrés and Roberto made the trip memorable with their kindness and upbeat attitude. They were always looking out for us, even when it came to things beyond the hotel, and we left Mendoza feeling like we’d made two friends. The facilities were comfortable and the service was impeccable. A Finnish woman and a Venezuelan man will remember Tibet fondly. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

The room had serious maintenance problems: the window wouldn’t close, and at times the lock wouldn’t let me open the door. On the first day the power went out in that room only, and the fan burned out. We also waited more than half an hour for someone to show my family to our rooms. At night I was left outside on the street for over an hour because reception staff were nowhere to be found and the entrance was locked. Terrible service.

For an overnight stay, the price is very reasonable, breakfast is included, and the basics are covered. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for what you need, it’s more than adequate. You can sort out the rest yourself. If you want a five-star place, there are other options, but this works fine for the essentials and a good shower.

The location was really good, and the person who checked us in was very helpful. The room felt like a work in progress, with some things new and others quite old. In the bathroom, the toilet, bidet, and ceiling were new, but the sink, shower, and mirror weren’t. One towel was new, the other had holes. The pillows were good, though the mattress was pretty bad. There was just one outlet, behind the bed, and moving the bed made the headboard fall in front of it so it couldn’t be used. Very basic, and really only suitable for one night.
