Acuarela

Breakfast turned out to be three blocks away, something I only found out on the third day after the plans had been changed without notice. The pool was also three blocks away, not on the corner, and the windows had no screens. I rented a room with a kitchenette, but the cooking items were just a colander and a provolone cheese pan, with deep plates. We had to use cups to drink from until day three. The bed linens were very worn, the towels were torn, and breakfast was practically nonexistent. I could go on. I don't recommend it and won't return. I should add that this is the first time I've had this kind of experience with Booking.com.

The beautiful pool was three blocks away, and breakfast was served two blocks from the lodging. It was a full Brazilian buffet, with fruit, three kinds of bread, hot and cold water, coffee, tea, milk, juice, yogurt, cereal, and pastries. There's parking in front. Ezequiel was very attentive to my requests, and we were given towels and soap. We asked for toilet paper while the cleaning staff was working. I stayed seven days and liked the place. The location is good, though the kitchen was missing glasses and a frying pan. It had a pot, colander, small kettle for heating water, cutting board, plates, and cups. There are a few minor issues, but you can see they're working hard to improve. I recommend it and would rate it as a 3-star hotel.

The way you responded says it all and backs up the lack of professionalism that led me to write my review. I described what really happened and the objective difference between the experience and what had been published. Personal attacks on a guest are inappropriate and reflect badly on the service. Five minutes after we left, you messaged to offer to come back and give us what we'd asked for. That clearly showed you were the one in the wrong. Best regards, and have a good day.

We had such a lovely, peaceful stay. The owner and staff were attentive, and the breakfast buffet and three pools were excellent. We'll be back. Happy New Year!
