Complejo Turístico Las Catalpas

We had beautiful weather during Carnival and got to use the pool the whole time. The breakfasts were fantastic, and everything was very clean. The cabins were well equipped, and the receptionist was excellent. This was our third stay at Las Catalpas, and we'll definitely be back.

After getting caught in three hours of traffic delays, the large, always-warm pool was just right for unwinding, whatever time of day. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the service felt impeccable from the moment we arrived. The suites were comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed, and breakfast was delicious. It was an excellent stay, and I'd gladly return and recommend it.

What made our stay so special was the staff's warmth and care. They were always helpful with recommendations, and their conversations and attention to Vicky, my daughter, meant a lot. We felt welcome and comfortable from the first day through the last. My daughter and I had a wonderful few days at the resort. The place is beautiful, our suite was comfortable, and the mountain views were spectacular. The pool area was gorgeous, too, a lovely place to relax and take in the surroundings. It's somewhere I'd want to return to.

The pool was 10/10, and the apartments were clean and super comfortable in an excellent location. The reception staff were lovely. We had a few Wi-Fi problems, but they fixed them quickly. I wasn't keen on the mattress, and I'd add more tables to the patio.
