Apart Hotel Costa Serrana

We had a very good stay overall. The only small issue was some leaking during days of heavy rain, which was understandable given how intense the weather was. The apartments are comfortable and clean, and their location next to a spa is convenient, with the town center close by. The grounds are clearly well maintained, and the pool and area around it were always clean, making it a pleasant place to relax and get to know the property. Breakfast had plenty of variety and you could have as much as you liked. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We came on a recommendation, and I hope it keeps getting passed along to people looking for a vacation or short break in a dream setting. It's an immaculate, comfortable apartment with a grill and air conditioning, very close to the center and with direct access to the river. The pool and grounds make it easy to spend a pleasant afternoon there. Breakfast is generous, with lots of options. The owner and all the staff gave excellent service. I especially want to mention Marcela, whose warm, friendly manner made me start each day with a smile. Five stars don't feel like enough for such a beautiful place. We'll definitely return.

The apartment had everything we needed, including air conditioning for hot days, and the rooms were very comfortable. There was also a terrace where we could barbecue and enjoy a family dinner. We spent seven spectacular days there with my partner and our 10-year-old daughter, relaxing and recharging, and we'll be back soon. The women who run the apartments were friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was delicious and very complete, and the pool and grounds were perfect for having fun and relaxing. The river is just steps away. The main avenue is three blocks away along a spectacular waterfront promenade, and the casino is only steps away.

Everything was neat and clean, and the staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast was generous, with homemade pastries. They also answered our questions and inquiries even before we booked. Very nice place and excellent service.
