The pool area had rusty screws, even though the maintenance staff were working there. It felt like another sign of the manager's neglect. The front cabins seemed worth what N charges: they have Wi-Fi and are near the river and reception. If you're in a group of five, I'd try to get one of those. There are other places at similar prices with more comfort, too. I stayed with my 3-year-old son in a Junior cabin. The manager offered it to me and misled me about the Wi-Fi. It's beside a septic tank, about 200 meters from the breakfast room and 250 meters from the river. These cabins are built very differently from the ones at the entrance shown on Google Maps. The difference in quality became obvious over our few days there, while the price was based on the number of guests and left out that huge gap. The manager was being sneaky. When we arrived, I had to call him for directions. He told me, "Take the street on your left; your cabin is the last one at the end." I had booked for one adult and a 3-year-old, who thankfully can walk. If I'd known where the cabin was, I probably wouldn't have booked it. I usually keep quiet if I don't have anything good to say, but I want others to know what I didn't take seriously when I saw several comments about the manager's negligence. Again, I felt the manager had tricked me.

The mattress and box spring need attention, though that seems fixable. The Wi-Fi also cuts out. Still, I enjoyed the fresh, delicious breakfast and the very attentive service, even if staff aren't always around. It's a spacious, shady complex with a lovely pool, and having its own river access makes the location perfect. Very family-friendly. I'd come back and recommend it.

The owners were really friendly, and the property, location, and pool are all lovely. But the cabins seem to have fallen into disrepair. A French door wouldn't shut, the whirlpool tub was broken and leaked all over the bathroom, and the bedroom air conditioner didn't work. The dining room unit leaked onto the fan knob and flooded the whole living area. Given the condition of the place, the price feels a little out of balance.

It's really peaceful, with river access, and I'd especially recommend it for a trip with kids. Such a beautiful spot.
