Hostería Posta Carretas

The beds are comfortable and I slept really well, but there are several things that need fixing. There's just one outlet in the bathroom, since the one by the bed is used for the phone that connects to reception. They should add more outlets. There's no hairdryer either, even though I've seen them in lower-star hotels. Most frustrating was breakfast. They bring whatever they choose, just a basket of croissants and bread, and if that's not enough, you're on your own. If you're lactose intolerant, that's apparently just how it is. The service feels very old-fashioned, with no way to get what you need. They didn't even have scrambled eggs, which is basic. At 90,000 pesos a night, it felt expensive for such limited offerings.

It's in a convenient, peaceful location. The room was well kept, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and filling, with a different side dish each day.

We had a wonderful week here, and the price for the quality was very good. It's a welcoming place in a great location, with excellent staff and outstanding service. Miss Sofia at reception was especially memorable, along with Johana, Celia, Leonela, and the rest of the team. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to this hotel for 15 years. It's always spotless, and returning is a pleasure every time.
