Just one block from the beach, it’s a great spot for a getaway or a lovely vacation. The place and the service are excellent.

The beach is about 150-180 meters away, and Avenida 3 is two blocks in the other direction, with everything you might need to buy. The center is farther, around 40 blocks, and Avenida 3 has plenty of potholes and speed bumps, so driving there takes patience. With a car, it’s not a problem, and Mar de las Pampas is 10-15 minutes away in the other direction. There’s covered parking. Sandra and Ramiro are wonderful hosts who pay attention to every detail. The place is quiet, very well maintained, and impeccably clean and comfortable. The shared patio has a grill, which you need to reserve. It’s pet-friendly, which mattered a lot to us.

We spent our winter break here and everything was amazing. The place was beautiful and so cozy, and the owners ran it themselves. Sandra is such a lovely person. Highly recommended!

A peaceful complex with 10 units. There’s a garden, barbecue area, and terrace for everyone to share.
