If you want to give someone money for free, this is apparently a great way to do it. We booked 15 days, but after arriving and seeing the room, we left. We won't get a refund. We traveled for 12 hours, had a baby with us, and didn't take pictures. I asked to work something out before leaving. They gave me the accounting department's number and told me to contact them that day, but the person there never answers. The guy who checked us in was very friendly, but said that lots of humidity in coastal rooms was normal. The bathroom ceiling was black with damp, as was the curtain. Moving the room curtains sent out what felt like half a kilo of dirt, and the sheets were covered in more stains than cleaning. The shower water was ice cold, and apparently hot water costs extra. The check-in guy was friendly, but the conditions were awful. I'm asthmatic, and if you aren't but want to become asthmatic, I guess the humidity on the bathroom ceiling and curtain might do it. I don't understand how this hotel gets good room reviews. They claim we didn't ask to change rooms, but we did. They also say we left without communicating, even though I tried to reach an agreement before we went.

The pool and the views were the highlights for us, and the hotel's grounds were lovely to spend time in even though we only stayed one night. The staff were so friendly that they found us a room at the last minute. Breakfast was a happy surprise, everything was fresh and delicious. Our room was fine and everything worked, but it looked dated and would benefit from an update. We still really liked the hotel and would recommend it. Thank you!

The park and pool are lovely, and having breakfast outside was a real plus. The stay itself fell short, though. Our room was old and extremely hot, since the fan barely worked, and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. There was sand on the carpet and the sheets were dirty on the first day. Over our four nights, one of us had to shower in cold water every day, and the hotel offered no solution. It wasn't what we expected.

The staff were generous with their time and so kind and attentive. The hotel itself is peaceful, with lots of trees, and it's very close to the beach. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was really complete. I have no complaints at all. It's the kind of place I'd return to a thousand times, so don't hesitate if you're thinking of going. You won't regret it!

We loved this place. The staff are so friendly, and you can use the Wi-Fi, watch all the channels on TV, barbecue at the grill, or let the kids play in the play area. There's also a spa option, which I really wanted to try. It felt like a special spot for fully switching off, tucked among the trees, and the beach is just a block and a half away. Breakfast was amazing, too. It's the only hotel I'd return to a thousand times. If you're unsure, go with confidence, it's a great place 🙌🏽❤️
