Cuidarte el Alma

We came back from the beach to find everything stolen. They got in with a key and disabled the alarm, taking all my personal belongings but leaving anything of value in the apartment. No one would take responsibility or provide the owners' names. There was no rental agreement, and when I complained to the manager, she gave me fake names and phone numbers. I hope this account helps someone else. Be careful if you choose this place.

Estela was a wonderful, attentive host who looked after what guests needed, and I can't wait to return. The apartment was lovely, fully equipped, and secure enough that we could go out feeling at ease. There's a pretty park with a pool and barbecue area, and the location worked well for the beach, shopping, and dining out.

I was left outside with no apology after a really badly organized check-in. I booked with Karina, who answered the listed phone number, but when I arrived another person said she knew nothing about my reservation. She said Karina was from Caring for Your Soul Campo, the same number listed here, and would contact her to find out what happened. Karina never appeared again. This was completely disrespectful. I don't recommend going there, and I don't trust them to handle things seriously.

Everything was clean and well kept, and the facilities felt roomy and comfortable. There's a pool, shared barbecue area, and parking, plus it's close to the beach. Pets are accepted, though they can't go into the backyard. You can work around that.
