Atlantico Hotel

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the heated pool was in good condition. My room was standard, clean, and in good shape, and parking was included. The hotel is generally fine, but given the price and its 4-star rating, the services fell short. Breakfast was limited: no protein options such as scrambled eggs, only watermelon for fruit, and no toaster. The only way to get toast was to ask the staff to heat it in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi barely worked. There was air conditioning and a fan in the room, but one corner with two beds still felt hot. The game room smelled musty, and the gym was poorly equipped and didn’t open until 8:30 am. After checkout, using the pool costs extra, and there are no changing rooms. That was a first for me at a hotel. Late checkout was only available for half price, with no option to add the complimentary 1-2 hours even after a long weekend. Payment was due the day before, which was inconvenient, and they only accepted cash or bank transfers. The stay was okay, but I expected a more complete breakfast, better internet, and more flexibility with the facilities.

You step out onto a terrace and straight onto the beach, while the pedestrian street is only seconds away because the hotel is right in the city center. The staff were fantastic, friendly, always greeting people, and available 24/7. Rooms have everything you need and plenty of space, and breakfast is top-notch. I wish scrambled eggs weren’t an extra charge, since some of us don’t eat sweets or flour and they’re a good option. Otherwise, it’s perfect, with a heated pool too. Highly recommended, go without hesitation!

The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly, and the pool is lovely. But the hotel is sold as 4-star and priced that way, while quite a bit needs work. Breakfast lacks healthy food. There’s no free cold water, and bottled water, drinks, and snacks are all expensive. The mattresses are average and pretty worn. The bathtub is small and has no massage jets. There is a jacuzzi, but only one for the whole hotel, and it’s almost never available. The decor feels outdated, and the common areas need an update.

The beach service includes chairs and umbrellas, and the hotel is right on the beach, close to the center. The staff are friendly and always available. Excellent service, we’ll definitely return.
