The rooms were hot, with no air conditioning or fan, and the central heating was set very low. Opening the windows during the day let in bees, flies, and other insects. The apartments are lovely, and the cabins are spacious and very cozy. Reception was incredibly helpful when we ran into a problem, and they even upgraded us. Make sure you check the arrival process carefully.

There was very little privacy, since the several grills were shared with the other apartments, almost like a campsite. We spent three nights in an apartment meant for three, and the experience was terrible. The Wi-Fi barely existed, so I had to buy data every day. When I brought it up, they blamed the service provider, but it seemed to me like a signal range problem. There were quite a few cobwebs, and everything generally felt poorly maintained. No TV in the bedroom, a mattress that sagged in the middle, and a shower cubicle smaller than one square meter. I hate to say it, but we paid a very high price for what we got.

We had booked in advance for work, since the resort was full, and there was nowhere else for us to stay. We were five adult men who reserved a three-room cabin for four days over race weekend. What we got was a two-room apartment, with three single beds in the living room and one double bed in the bedroom. It was nothing like the booking. There was no soap or toilet paper, and the bedside lamps didn’t work. When we complained the next day, the manager said “it’s all the same to them” and told us we could leave if we weren’t happy. They knew there was no availability elsewhere, but offered no solution. We paid for something different from what we’d agreed on. These people are awful. I’ll never go back, and I’m going to warn everyone I know not to go. UNRELIABLE PEOPLE. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The beds were spectacularly comfortable, and the place was clean for a good price. The only drawback is very slow Wi-Fi if that matters to you.
