We spent a week here while snowboarding, then drove into the village for fancy restaurants. It's less than a 5' drive to the center, and the hotel was a relaxing and safe haven for the week. It's inside a small golf course in a fenced area in the woods, with easy parking and a safe place to leave things in the car overnight. The team were incredibly helpful and friendly. Every recommendation from Nicolas, the manager, was right on the spot. The room was comfortable and hard to improve on, with even a lovely terrace for smokers. The pool and spa are real and open in winter. It's not cheap, but if you want a relaxing holiday and are willing to spend a few bucks, it is probably the best value option in the area. Staff will happily arrange taxis, but you'll definitely need your own transportation to make the most of your stay. A surprising, amazing, enjoyable, and safe choice in VLA.

The warm, helpful service and tasty breakfast made this a great place to rest and disconnect. It's a cozy, comfortable hotel with a very nice indoor pool and a great golf court. The rooms have lovely views, big beds, and a hot tub.

The hotel is comfortable, with excellent service and lovely views throughout. All the staff were helpful, and I especially want to mention Paula, the yoga instructor, and Daniel, the golf instructor. They were both excellent. Nicolas from the restaurant was also always kind and helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the bathroom was our favorite part. It's large and partitioned so two or more people can use it. The location is 3 km from the city center. You can walk there during the day, but without a car you'll need a taxi or Uber. There's no store, supermarket, or kiosk nearby, which matters because the restaurant is only open at night and there's no restaurant or bar service at lunchtime. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were always attentive to each guest. Highly recommended.
