Rotui Luxury Village

The houses are gorgeous, and splitting the cost made the stay worth every penny. For a group of eight or more, maybe a few couples with kids, this place is ideal. We were nine and hadn’t booked ahead since it was low season. On Maps it looked far from the center and up a steep hill, and people in the van were already muttering about the distance as we drove out. Even the entrance didn’t look like much, but when everyone saw the house, they were amazed. It was clearly the place for us. The staff were a real highlight, attentive from our first contact through the website. The woman cleaning the house showed us around and won us over. Nelson, the spa manager, is a genius. The restaurant, run by two chefs, was incredible too. We had a tasting menu for a very reasonable price. I only wish we’d stayed longer than two days. This was the best place I’ve stayed in Patagonia, and I’ve visited several times.

We had such a good time here. The place is beautiful from every angle and has all the amenities, and everything about our stay was excellent. Thanks to Lula for showing us around and being so kind and upbeat!

The setting is gorgeous, with lovely gardens, and the heated pool, sauna, and hot tub were wonderful. Our apartment was spacious, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, great bed and bath linens, a full kitchen and living room, plus a balcony with a barbecue. The service from Lucas and Patrick was excellent. It really felt like paradise, about 8 km from the center. Highly recommend it.

It’s a shame they take advantage of people who come in good faith. I made a reservation expecting a good stay, but it turned into an enormous waste of energy. The staff’s unwillingness to help and the lack of customer service made me give up and choose somewhere else. Don’t waste your time. Start enjoying your vacation right away, and this isn’t the place for that.
