The restaurant's empanadas are excellent, but the salads are poor and I'd avoid the pasta. The room minibar is well stocked, and the rooms are quiet, with reasonable linens and a small TV. It's a no-frills place, fairly priced. The breakfast buffet closes at 10am. There's fresh fruit and juice, decent coffee and pastries, plus a limited choice of ham, cheese, and eggs. No bacon or other hot food. The pool is small and shallow, service is good overall, and wifi is free. The late checkout policy and pricing are unfriendly.

It has the feel of a 3-star hotel inside a 4-star building. The rooms are big but not well equipped, and the toilet doesn't work properly. Breakfast is poor and parking is awful. The huge, eight-floor hall is impressive. What a pity.

The big, comfortable rooms are well maintained, though the furniture may be a little old. Breakfast is perfect, and there's a nice indoor pool. I've stayed here several times over the past few years for work in Salta, but the wifi has been terrible every time. They never fix the problem. Video calls and streaming movies are completely impossible, so I had to use all my mobile data to stay connected. I've complained on each visit, but I don't think management cares. If you need to stay connected, choose another hotel.

It's a very nice place, but the way they treated me was awful. I arrived a day late, so they cancelled my reservation, and they were incredibly disrespectful. Nobody even said “I'm sorry.” If you want kind, good service, I can't recommend it. They shouldn't treat people this way. DON'T GO HERE.

The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly. The hallway is noisy, though it's well built. Breakfast has lots of white bakery goods, and could use some whole grain options.
