Great room, very clean, with a nice view and location. Breakfast was good too.

Breakfast can end up outside if the reception area is full, which isn’t great when the weather’s chilly. I was also disappointed that towels are replaced only every three days, with an extra charge if you need them sooner. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and very nice, and the service was excellent. The pool was advertised as heated, but the water was freezing.

Back for my third visit, and it’s still super peaceful with a beautiful view. They’ve painted and even fixed my street! The croissants are freshly baked and delicious, whatever someone may have said about them being reheated.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the PREMIUM room was in really bad shape. It smelled strongly of mildew and needed a proper cleaning. There was hair left by previous guests, bugs and cobwebs, plus loose plaster in several spots. The bathroom was completely unhygienic. I can’t recommend staying here.

We’d gladly come back. The mountain views are incredible, with a full 360-degree panorama, and the pool and jacuzzi are excellent. It’s a luxurious, peaceful retreat for adults, and the staff are warm and attentive.
